As this conflicting information is coming from 2 sources that I highly respect, you can see how this may be confusing for me. So since this can kinda be considered cardio, would you think 2-3 sets of this could be an appropriate warm-up for a moderate-heavy lifting routine? After all, you guys obviously went straight into the gym after that routine.

Vince, I am currently on week 2 of UDT from your No Nonsense program. Would it be too much to do this 10 minute Workout and the UDT program right after? As of right now I am a “skinny fat guy” so would wanna lose some of this belly fat.
@VinceDelMonte but you always said that it’s important to have your pre and post workout shakes… is a pre workout shake not that important then? I know it probably depends on whether you want to bulk up or get ripped… I don’t want to get massive, but rather have around 7% bodyfat (if possible) with a nice toned muscled body

i think you can… ish when you work a muscle really hard, it uses the nearest fat possible to help repair itself

Hey Vince! This is really awesome! I have been searching all over to find simple workouts that will tone my legs up but this is by far the best one. I know you have said that doing the same workout all the time day after day..actually decreases your progress. do you have any more videos that work on thighs and gluts?
