3d rendering I did of a fake apple product called an Apple ipad (Jan 28, 2010 Update: Since so many people are asking me about this video now, I thought I would post some more information. This was done back in 2007 for a school marketing class. I had to create a new product and market it. Instead of doing a power point presentation like everyone else in the class, I decided to do a commercial and let the product sell itself. Also, no I do not work for Apple and no they did not pay me for the name ipad. It’s kind of funny that the name is the only thing people that saw it back then said they didn’t like and said Apple would never name a product that. I posted this video and my other videos on my website www.wesleyseay.com just incase youtube pulls this video for some reason. Well, preference and money… And instead of preference i would say design, Cause people just like the mac design, they’d hit the spot… It’s like buying a good expensive television, just without the good quality.. This is said by experience, not just other peoples opinion, cause the (only) mac computer that can almost match my pc, cost about 2500$, and my computer has four times the graphics, and costed my uncle about 800$ to build. That, my friend, i called capitalism^^

The Macbook hasn’t improved. That’s why they haven’t bothered to offer anything except meager dual-core CPUs and slow, weak RAM.
A current 17″ Macbook with a dual-core CPU and 4GB of RAM costs $2499.
Everyone ELSE on planet Earth is selling laptops at that size, with that hardware, for $999. Mac fails…..at everything, really.
