Developed in partnership with Asus, the Nexus 7 is not only Google’s first attempt at a tablet; it is also the flagship device for Android 4.1, codenamed “Jelly Bean.” The Nexus 7 comes in at less than half the price of the 2012 iPad, and that fact seems to have sparked considerable interest in the device.
