So .. I have a Iphone.. 3g.. Hacked and modded of course .. And after the network outage.. First I had issues accessing the internet.. Then Out went receiving messages.. I began to receive messages saying.. the media content was not included due to a picture resolution or message size restriction. So I called and called and nothing.. Tmobile Techs at first couldnt find a fix.. But at last.. A fix for it has been found.. All you need is 1 minute.. 2 iphone resets and cydia.. Here are the settings that work:… Cellular Data APN _internet2.voicestream.com____ and MMS (header) APN: __wap.voicestream.com_____ MMSC : _____216.155.174.84/servlets/mms MMSC: Proxy : 216.155.165.50:8080_____________________ MMS MAX MESSAGE SIZE : _______1048576_________________ MMS UA Prof URL: _____________www .apple.com

Well first your gonna need the hack to enable your 2g phone to be able to make and send mms messages.. It will then give you the rest of the mms settings, and the camera icon.. The hack is called ” enable mms on 2g iphone” search for it on google and find the repository that its hosted on cydia.. If you cant find it holla back at me (lol) and ill help u find it..
Hello.. im not trying to be rude or sarcastic.. just trying to help people just like someone helped me.. I suggest to get the full internet.. I know its an additional cost.. but its more reliable, faster and if you need tech support from tmobile u can get it. Tzones has so many issues and its limited and slower. much slower. I try to cut corners as much as possible but that tzones isnt worth the $5.99 it cost.. Let me know what u think & i hope what i said doesnt offend u or make u hate me.

YUP.. i had a 2g iphone and mms worked great.. let me know.. First you have to have the hack that will enable your phone to have a “Camera Icon” inside your new text message box..

What resolution problem are you having on your iphone ? let me know..
What firmware do you have the installed on the phone.. also what kind of iphone is it.. Also did you reboot the phone .. also did you send your self a mms message first before doing anything else? Let me know.. its very specific how you have to handle it to get the mms to work..
Try turning on wifi and then going to cydia and looking for “legacy”.. then see if it shows up.. If not just email me back and ill help ya
i have 2 iphones…one is a 3g 8gb and legacy works fine but the second one is 16gb and when i type in legacy it doesnt find it on cydia

@darrelljr00 thanks for the response. i have an iphone 3gs. firmware 3.1.2. jailbroken/unlocked via blackra1n. followed all your instructions. got the lil camera button to show up in the the text msg. i can select a picture. press send. and it juss freezes while sending. i left it for like an hour once. it just becomes stuck with the bar 95% filled sending.. not sure if its my service. i had mms enabled on 3.0. so it should work.. im stumped. thanks for the help.
I have a 2g jailbroken and unlocked with 3.1.2, no matter what settings i use receive MMS does not work. T-Mobile made changes to my account and said that only a certain Data plan is supposed top be used. But i am stumped! please help
