This was not a rip off and no copyrights were stolen! even if it was word for word! Pants on the ground was an American Idol audition! Not a song made to be sold! Therefore, It is impossible for Gen. Platt to recieve any impeditive legal action against him. This can only become an issue if copies are sold or intended to be sold.
